ADVANCED GROM SQUAD:

Tuesday morning 6am - 730am

INTERMEDIATE JUNIOR SQUAD:

Thursday morning 6am - 730am

ADVANCED JUNIOR SQUADS:

Monday afternoon 345pm – 515pm

Wednesday morning 6am – 730am

Thursday morning 6am – 730am

PRO JUNIOR SQUADS:

Tuesday afternoon 345pm - 515pm

Friday morning 6am - 730am

Location: Wherever the conditions are best for each squad level . Exact location sent out via group text the night before every 6am session or a midday text for 345pm classes.

LEVEL REQUIREMENT:

Intermediate Junior: Independent surfing small to medium size Sunshine Beach. Can catch your own waves. This squad involves in the water coaching.

Advanced Grom: Independent surfing medium size Sunshine Beach. Sessions are coached and filmed from land with no water assistance.

Advanced Junior: Independent surfing large Sunshine Beach. Sessions are coached and filmed from land with no water assistance.

Pro Junior: Independent surfing XL Sunshine Beach. Sessions are coached and filmed from land with no water assistance.

What to bring: General surfing equipment. Water proof watch (if you have one). Positive attitude.

Squad Etiquette: No snaking or dropping in. We show respect to each other and the general public. Think WSL priority rules in the surf. If unsure please ask your coach and they can explain. We also recommend watching the ‘Surf Code’ clip by the Noosa World Surfing Reserve.

Footage: Shared via group text once uploaded to our Vimeo account. Our account vimeo.com/noosasurfingacademy is set so you can directly download the footage to your phone or computer at full resolution of 1080HD. Just hit the download button. We encourage each surfer to watch over their footage and to focus on the tips we have given throughout each session. Feel free to post your footage. If you could credit @noosasurfingacademy that would be greatly appreciated.
